Okay, so, my good friend Tripp asked me to write about myself – kind of a bio turned into a blog or a long form bio. I pondered on this and came to the realization, that at least for me, this is hard. How do I share about who I am, what I do, and what I’ve achieved without it sounding like a humble brag? I know, right? (BTW, there are a lot of Randy Clark’s. I’m the Randy Clark Leadership guy.)

So, here goes, I’m the Amazon best-selling author of The New Manager’s Workbook a crash course in effective management. I’ve also published, The Managers Guide to Becoming a Leader, and my most recent book, You Can’t Talk Shit Done – Adding Actions to Words. All can be found at my Amazon Author Page.
I conduct leadership training. Much of my training is based on the years of mistakes I made in management. I’m passionate about helping others avoid the same mistakes.
I’ve worked with multinational organizations and local small businesses. I’m proud to say that every company I’ve worked with over the last 30 years has grown. Obviously not all because of me, but what I shared with those businesses didn’t hurt them. Here’s an example written in 2017,
“Randy Clark began leadership training with TKO Graphix in 2008. He has molded and developed our management team with his service leadership philosophy. The best thing I can share is that our business has grown by more than 400 percent in volume during Randy’s time here.” — Tom Taulman II, President and CEO of TKO Graphix
I am available to facilitate leadership training online – Zoom or Google Meetings, and I offer a free virtual seminar to purchasers of any of my books. Just pick a topic from one of the books and I’ll discuss it with your team. Randy Clark Leadership contact
