This is the time of year when we look at ourselves and reflect.  Are we going in the direction we want to travel in?  Sometimes, we may be heading generally in the right direction, but we need some slight corrections.  A lot of people have also been sharing their thoughts on how to improve my direction! 

Based on their feedback, I decided to spend some more time sharing my thoughts on my blog.  Although they say a picture’s worth a thousand words, I think it’s time for me to start sharing more words with all of you!  To that end, you’ll start to see some changes on my blog postings.

As you read my blog each week, I’ll share my thoughts, musings, research, and opinions on the business world in general.  I’m looking forward to reading your comments, not only on the changes to the blog, but on your opinions, as well.
