Take time to listen to begin transforming you current situation into opportunities. Be a tireless listener when others aren’t.

They understand that stories, not facts move people to take action. Their storytelling is designed to help others see the world from another’s perspective. They speak to help others see opportunities in their challenges.

Serving leaders understand communication is an ongoing process.

They don’t have to use force to convey their thinking powerfully. These leaders use pauses and questions to help others see more clearly. They are careful to help others come to their own conclusions.

Serving leaders understand the power of community to achieve shared goals faster.

They leverage the unique gifts, strengths, and life experiences of others to transform crisis into opportunities for growth and empowerment. They are individuals who are committed to a greater purpose for their communities and beyond.

Take time to consider how you might engage and connect with others, one person at a time, through communication and opportunities to help shape a small portion of events.  You can help change fear into courage. Transform this crisis into new opportunities.
